We help you increase your income by providing a platform for athletes to find and sign up for your services • We make it easy for you to list your services • We advertise on our provider's behalf on various social media sites • Our booking system allows for an easy conversation to confirm with the athlete on service details (location, duration & price) • Our system is flexible - use our booking system or use your own • Add your profile so that the athletes can learn more about you • Create your gallery - add pictures / videos so that athletes can see your work • Send us your articles so that we can add them to the resource section (under construction) And, these features are all free!

There are a few ways to join as a provider: • Select "Become a Service Provider" (Top of Every Page) • Select "Login / Join us" (Top of Every Page) • Select "Pros..click here" on the Home Page Once at the "Join Us" page, enter ... • Required: first and last name, email address, password, member type (i.e. Are you a provider of sports services and/orathlete interested in signing up for sports services, and/or a vendor of sports merchandise –you can be one, both , or all 3 ) • Optional: business name, phone number, how you heard about us • Click “Validate” ( system checks that all required fields have been entered).  • Click “I’m not a robot” and answer the verification question by and if required, select the appropriate picture boxes. • Final step - click the BLUE “Register” button. Now you are ready to add your services, your profile or your video / image gallery

From the Home Page, select "Pros.... click here". • If you have not yet added a service, click "Add Your Service". This will take you to the "Manage Your Information Page" • If you have already added a service you will be directed to the "Manage Your Information Page" Start by selecting a Category Type (Sport vs Wellness), the specific Sport or Wellness category (i.e. Basketball, Stretching..), and the type of Service (Private Lessons, Classes, Equipment Maintenance), then select "Continue". This will bring you through a number of pages to collect information to help athlete's find you. Most of the information is optional. • Service Name, Service Provider, Tag Line and a Description of your service • Service Length, Cost, and any Age Restrictions • Upload a photo of your service. If you don't upload one, we default to a generic image of your sport / wellness category • Required: City and State where your service is offered; Add at least one venue where you will offer your service. If you don't see a venue, add it to the list • Select your booking platform. You can use the Viafina Sports booking platform or use your own • If you choose the Viafina Sports booking platform, enter your general availability and a longer description of the service • Finally, preview your listing. The first page shows the listing as it will appear on the Available Services page. If you are using the Viafina Sports Booking Platform, select "View more information" to see how the listing will appear in the "Learn More / Request to Book" page Use the "Back" button to edit any of the information you have included on the listing. Remember to "Add" the listing once you are done editing It will take us less than 24 hours to review and approve your listing

Yes, providers can update their services anytime by either accessing their dashboard and selecting the 'Add / Manage Services' option or selecting the "Pros...click here" on the Home Page. If the service has already been approved, the original service will stay active until we approve the updated service.

Yes, at Viafina Sports, we know that you may want to signup for the services listed as well as provide services. You can use the same log on regardless on how you use the platform.

Once you have added a service, you can add your profile. From the Home Page, select the "Pros...click here". This will take you to the page "Manage Your Information..." (for providers). From there you can add/manage your profile, add more services, view your services, and create / view your gallery. You can upload from 2 - 10 images / videos depending on the number of services that you have added. The more you services you add, the larger the gallery you can showcase.
